Hello! My name is Mana, and I’m from Japan.

I love learning through real experiences and connecting with people from different cultures. I believe every place has its own unique way of life, and I enjoy discovering local traditions, food, and stories by living and working alongside local people.

I’m an open-minded, curious, and positive person. I enjoy meeting new people, asking questions, and learning something new every day. I have experience in customer service, so I value kindness, communication, and teamwork. I always try to be respectful and responsible, whether I’m working or spending time with others.

My English is not fluent yet, but I can communicate in everyday situations. I’m excited to improve my English while sharing experiences with people from around the world.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, visiting local markets, hiking, learning about wine, and exploring regional food cultures. I believe that food connects people, nature, and history, and that’s one of the reasons I love traveling.

I’m looking forward to meeting wonderful people, helping however I can, and creating meaningful memories together.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My long-term dream is to open a restaurant in Japan that serves local ingredients and wild game while sharing the culture and stories behind the food.

To achieve this, I want to learn as much as possible through real experiences rather than only studying from books. I’m especially interested in hunting, wild game processing, farming, traditional food culture, winemaking, cheesemaking, and sustainable ways of living.

I have experience working in customer service, so I’m comfortable communicating with people, working in a team, and providing a warm and friendly attitude. I’m responsible, adaptable, and happy to help with any task. I also enjoy physical work and learning practical skills.

During my travels, I hope to understand not only how food is produced, but also how people live with nature and how local traditions have been passed down through generations. I believe these experiences will help me create a restaurant that connects people with the stories behind the food.

Although my English is not fluent yet, I can communicate in everyday situations and I’m always eager to learn. I believe that curiosity, respect, and a positive attitude are more important than perfect language skills.
