Hello! I am Lucy, and I am from Nashville, TN, USA. I am currently living in Dublin. I study Global Studies, with a focus in Spanish. I did workaways for a couple of years before going to university and I absolutely fell in love with travelling, experiencing different ways of life, and learning new things. I am very passionate about regenerative agriculture, sailing and spending time at sea. I also love being in the mountains, climbing, hiking, cycling, and just being in nature! Hi! I have worked at an off grid farm in the states before and worked in construction on the Louisiana coast doing Katrina restoration in houses and in the wetlands. I am super passionate about sustainable living, building, and agriculture and want to learn as much as possible. I am super hard working and very excited to learn more things and meet new people.

Lucy and Adam are a very nice and friendly couple. They showed a lot of interest in learning new skills, but above all they were always very willing to do any work that was asked of them. They are very punctual and respectful, always with a good attitude to work. It was very nice to have them with us for two weeks, a very good experience!

Adam and I spent two amazing weeks in Patagonia with Carola, Víctor, and their wonderful family. The work varied greatly and was very educational and enjoyable. My partner, Adam, I stayed at Raimundo’s farm for two weeks and had a beautiful time! We worked in the walnut tree fields doing different jobs, and in our free time rode horses on the property, went to the lake, kayaked, ate lots of delicious tomatoes and fruit from the fruit trees, swam in the pool, and had lots of asados!! Lucy and Bella were wonderful volunteers. They were only with us for a little over 2 weeks, but they were able to help quite a lot in that short time. They weeded, planted seedlings, picked and processed loquats and berries, created a safer enclosure for the quails, cleaned the chicken coop, did pool maintenance as well as several other projects!… read more

A friend and I stayed with Louisa and Neil for two nights & it was wonderful! Both are so warm & welcoming, we did a bit of painting & weeding, & had a lovely dinner and night out at a pub, and got to see Glasgow in our time off, was really a lovely experience:))
