Hey ! My name is Lucy ^^
I’m a 23 years old French girl studying in Swizterland.
I’m going to Canada for a semester abroad and would like to take the opportunity of going far away to discover South America as well.
I grew up in a small city in the south of France and like to be close to nature. I love to craft, cook and work outside as well as going on hikes and stuff like that. I’m pretty adventurous and like to always keep myself busy but I also enjoy some chiller times.
I love learning new skills and going out of my comfort zone.
My friends describe me as a caring and reliable person. The most important things for me are respect of one another and communication.
This is my first time experiencing Workaway and I can’t wait to meet new people and discover life in another country through the eyes of people living there.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I did a Bachelor in Material’s science and am currently doing a master in forensics.
I like to repair small stuff around the house and have basic knowledge in old car mechanics (I participated in 4L Trophy and put an old Renault 4L back in shape with my dad). When I was little I used to help my parents and grandparents during the summer vacations in the garden.
I also worked a few hours a week in a stable when I was younger in exchange of riding lessons and love to spend time with animals even though I can be scared of some dogs.
I currently work as a runner in an Italian restaurant and love to try out new food and share recipes so I would love to cook my favourite dishes for my hosts.
