Hi, my name is Lucia.
I´m currently studying geography, based on my huge interest I have about everything that has to do with nature. So I also love to spend time outdoors, doing as many different sports as possible and spending good times with people I care about.
I would describe myself as a quite easy-going person which gets along with many different kinds of people. I love being surrounded by them, so I also enjoy living in a shared appartment with 21 other roommates.

I am quite curious, so I see studying as a huge privilige, but it´s also time to learn from people´s real life stories. I enjoy it a lot to get in contact with people that inspire me with their unique stories, and while travelling you mostly meet a lot of them.

Especially, when not only meeting other backpackers but locals who really know the countries and their cultural habits. I hope to then get an impression of the country which is not based on sightseeing-hotspots and cultural stereotypes but on more authentic experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As a volunteer, I did quite a lot of gardening. I do not have a specific knowledge about individual plants, but I take very good care of them.
But I also volunteered as an English teacher once, did general maintainance, cared for animals and worked in a hostel.

I also am interested in arts. In my spare time I like to draw (even though I am not practicing that often) but my main interest is photography and I also have skills in photo editing, but to be honest I mostly travel without my laptop, so I normally do it after my trips.

I only have a basic knowledge in handcraft, but I really would love to learn more in this field. Ánd if I get told what to do, I am sure I can put it in action, just that I´m not capable of designing a plan on my own.
