hi there! i'm lou - an environmental scientist that now studies illustration.

i am interested in very different things, which is why i like to make my everyday life as varied as possible. besides drawing and illustrating, i discovered my love for dancing two years ago, to which i dedicate a lot of time. but i also love knitting, doing acrobatics or working in the garden, which i share with a few friends. recently i also joined a stilt group, with which i perform at street festivals and the like.

i draw a lot of energy from groups and love to immerse myself in new realities and get to know the life stories of new people. i would describe myself as a person with a lot of energy who is easy to get in touch with.

since corona, i have also learned to listen more to my need for time for myself and enjoy peace and nature (especially because i live on a noisy street in a big city...)

when i travel, i prefer to come into contact with locals and be embedded in local structures. i have less of a need for vacation and relaxation than for new experiences and learning opportunities.
