I graduated in June, I’ve been working over the summer and in September I'll travel to the USA to first visit my host family back from 2023 and then start my Workaway journey!

My name's Lina and I'm so grateful that you're here browsing through my profile! ☀️

Here are a few things you should know about me: I love to explore and try new things, I'll never say no to a good cup of coffee, my love to laugh and spend time with friends and family is a very big one, and there could never be enough great music in my life!

I’ve always been a fan of not staying in one place all the time, and therefore went on a high school exchange to Louisiana, USA, back in 2023, which is an experience I’ll never forget! Unknown places far away from home have always inspired me & I know they will continue to do so.
Now that I've graduated, I'm taking a gap year to work and save up over the summer, and then spend a year being a Workawayer! After that, my current plan is to go to Universtiy for something related to Design & Multi Media. I'd also be super interested in marine biology, but we'll see where it takes me... :-)
Animals & nature have always played a big role in my life, as I grew up in a very rural town and I’ve been surrounded by it since forever. Wouldn’t want to change it for the world! I also really miss volunteering at the local shelter like I did during my high school exchange, which is why I'd love to have Workaway experiences connected to animals.
One of my favorite things to do is taking pictures . And I love being creative- mostly paintings & drawings - which sometimes I wish I took more time for.

The thought of exploring our beautiful planet makes me so excited!! I know there is so much to see and I am so grateful that I get to be a Workawayer! Sending lots of love! :-)) 💖

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I would say I am really good to work in a group of people, I love teamwork as much as doing tasks on my own. Working as a waitress the last few summers gave me the chance to get to know the most different types of people! :)

I also love working together children - I have two younger brothers who I love with all my heart. I used to babysit on the side of school in general. Growing up with a family of five has definitely taught me to be patient :D

I’m not too bad with technologies & I LOVE creating and designing things!! Once I have a plan/vision in my head, I will try to the best of my ability to realize it and make something happen :-)
