I'm a young, over 50 year-old woman, Anglo-French, wanting to spend some time in Germany, or other Germany speaking country to improve my German, and discover new horizons, new people.
Pretty versatile tastes: a deep love for nature but also enjoy the city buzz.

Very nice living conditions in lovely old farm house.
Peace and quiet.
And very easy access to Hanover (Sprinti, thank you!!).
Thé help with the horses (shovelling horse poop in thé field) is nice because of being amongst 7 lovely horses. Pretty tiring however; took me around 2,5 hours a day.

Her boy wakes up at 5 am and not much is done to preserve workawayer's sleep.
Schedule also unpredictable, changes upon a whim.
Despite her being a nice woman, not very interested in her guests or considerate.

However...

Indeed, a welcome escape from
city life.
The surroundings are exquisite: forest, river, and the horses ♥️.
Lovely people, simple and healthy work in nature.
Thanks Helmut and Rebekka, and friends, for a lovely week with you.
Quite a beautiful landscape too and so easy to access other towns for visits by train at the foot of the estate.
However my stay was abridged suddenly, too suddenly...

All in all it was a week of peace and contentment.
Full immersion in nature in a beautiful place.
The work was fine, mainly helping with the horses (a part from scooping up the horse offal in the grass, quite a technique to master...).
