Hi friends !

We are Rémi (30yo) and Elise (26yo), a French couple loving outdoors adventures ! We are living with our two lovely dogs, Neko and Molly.

Currently we are looking for our next adventures for 2026 winter (January to March). We have a project to buy a piece of land in France with a farm to renovate to settle our little family (which also includes a horse !), so we are really interested by workaway projects similar in order to improve our knowledge and skills !

According to our friends, what describe us the best is our smile and positivity ; Rémi, more of an introvert, in a calm and peaceful way, and Elise, more of an extrovert, in a energetic and passionate way.

Some words about our skills :
Rémi is currently working in a cement company. He is really handy and can do quite a bit, from woodworking to tiling floors or gardening. Growing up in the mountains, he knows a fair bit about birds, trees, mushrooms... He also loves to cook and is really good with dogs.
Elise is currently a waitress in a busy restaurant in a world rewarded theme park. Thanks to her management studies, she is really good with people - communication, leadership, and organization. She knows about farm life but especially horses (she owns her own horse and worked in the equestrian field), and also a bit about sewing - she wants to learn more about upcycling and homesteading.
We are both musicians, and would love to jam with you !

To end up with, please note that we are living (and so traveling) with our dogs : Molly and Neko are young (both around 2yo) but well behaved. There personalities are quite similar to ours : they can be calm and cuddly as well as playful and energetic. They are used to be around horses and are quite careful about them (sometimes even a bit afraid... which is quite good!).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a very outgoing person, in French as well as in English. I like to share and discover, and I've made a lot of friends I'm still in touch with from all around the world during my several travels.

My two specialities are horses and communication : I ride since I'm 8 and I'm in charge of my own horse, and I'm graduated from a business school and worked as the marketing responsible of a french start-up. And the plus is that the start-up was in the equestrian business !

In term of "animal skills", I'm really good at taking care of horses in a very large field as I used to help for years in my former stable ; I was the person in charge when the manager was on holidays, and I was also sometimes responsible of administrative and marketing tasks. I am also quite good with dogs and cats, with few experiences as a pet-sitter.

I love everything realated to outside and manual jobs ; I honestly don't have that much experience, but I am willing to learn !! I am not afraid of physical jobs, I love to challenge myself and my strength (gym girl here) ! In term of housekeeping, I know the basics of cooking and cleaning, as I live by myself an healthy lifestyle.

I am good around children (experiences in tutoring for years), and also with neurodivergent ones (experiences here too, especially at the stable).

I'm a huge music fan, of a lot of genders but especially rock/metal ; I know guitar basics and live for festivals !
On a quieter tone, I always have a book with me, in my bag, no matter what !
