Hello Everyone,

My name is Lorenzo, I'm 23 and come from a small village between Como and Milan. At the moment I work for an organization that offers support and entertainment to children from 3 to 14 years old; in September I'll start a Master's degree in translation.
I have dealt with foreign languages and cultures since I started high school, where I studied English, French and German. In 2018 I've also been on a cultural exchange in Nice (France), which turned out to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever been part of. During my time in university, where I studied "Cultural mediation", I was able to improve all my skills in this field.
I am a flexible, dynamic and precise person; thanks to my reflective nature, I perceive intercultural dialogues as an essential tool for embracing other people's sensibiities. Since I'm deeply curious, I'm always willing to learn new things and I hardly ever give up during the process. All in all, I'm sure travelling with Workaway will be an important step towards my personal fulfillment.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in dealing with kids and teenagers (I've been both a summer centre entertainer and an educator), I speak Italian and English fluently, French (B1/B2 level) and German (B1); I have a regular driver's licence, average cooking skills and a hardworking mentality. Other skills I can offer are: creation and mangement of recreative activities, teaching English and Italian, cleaning and tidying up, creative writing, drawing and painting, basic DIY, singing and dancing.
