Hi there! I am Jazel from Singapore - a freelance actress and traveller. I Love being present in the here and now, with gratitude for everything I have and everyone I meet. Being able to help others and hear their stories, at the same time sharing mine is what I enjoy. I feel that everyone comes into each other's life for a reason, so I treasure every opportunity to learn from people I meet. I feel a strong connection to horses, love spending time in nature and with animals because they are so genuine, sweet, lovable and therapeutic. ❤️ I love mountains, oceans, sunsets, hikes, exploring vast natural landscapes and laughing with the locals wherever I go.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've been in Canada for 3 months on various workaways. Happy to say that I've experience in working with horses like brushing them, leading them in and out of trailers, mucking out their stalls, leaving them out to the field and putting hay for them etc. I feel a strong connection to horses and would love to work more with them. Aside from horses, I've looked after cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens and would really want to care for pigs and cows too. Housekeeping is also what I've done at a buffalo ranch bnb in Canada and farmstay in South Africa. I've also done workaway with a beekeeper where I helped to paint and wax bee hives for nucs, as well as, sort and pack the huge annual willows harvest for a willow basket weaver.

I am someone with great listening and interpersonal skills, sociable and excellent working in a team. Detailed and meticulous, I am able to work independently with high accuracy. Being stronger on the creative side makes me good at my hands - be it in photography, art, building or perhaps cooking. Trained in digital marketing with a love for writing and a travel/food blogger wannabe, I am able to do some content writing and social media postings.

One fun fact about me - I am learning martial arts called Wing Chun (if you heard of Ip Man) as it focuses on intention, teaches one to be grounded, find stability within ourselves and use external forces to fight back. I find that this principle can be applied to life and stay resilient when external stress hits us.
