Hola beautiful people!🌞
I’m Lara from the south of Munich, Germany. Right now I’m taking some time to explore the world and expand my realm of experience.🌍
I’m interested in psychology, languages, history, spirituality, nature and learning about different ways to spend one’s life. Learning in general is something that’s very important to me and I am always open to learn and experience new things.🥰
Right now I work as a tutor in Latin and other subjects and I’m also very interested in new ways of learning and different possibilities to support young people in their individual growth process.🌱
I aspire to help people to look inside to release and integrate their traumata and then realise their full potential, so in 2023 I will study psychology and I already have a project with friends around spirituality and inner growth in which we give retreats and workshops and want to start a community, so if I can learn anything that will support this journey, that would be extremely helpful!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I like to give Yoga classes (Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa or Hatha) and can guide meditation sessions. I completed the 200h YTTC in Rishikesh.🧘🏽‍♀️
I have some tutoring skills, I give lessons mostly in Latin and sometimes in Spanish, English, German and, if necessary, maths. 📚
In general I like working with kids, this summer I worked as a trainer in some vacations sports camps for kids.🤸🏽👶🏼
I’m good at writing texts like articles (I did that for the school newspaper) or creative texts, and I like designing posts for instagram etc. 📝
🧘🏽‍♀️ Also I can guide group sessions with mindfulness and communication exercises, I started doing this in the first retreat me and my friends gave this year and I loved it.😊
I’m not bad at handiwork either, although there is a lot more to learn (like with everything), I’ve made a VW Transporter into a nice Camping Van with my dad 🚐🛠 and painted a lot of walls👩🏽‍🎨 and other small renovation stuff.
If you teach me or I have time to teach myself, I usually pick up new skills easily, so I think I can be helpful in a lot of things!
In general I love doing everything that’s creative and fun and gets me into a state of flow, so drawing, playing the guitar, dancing, playing with pois, anything like that.🎨💃🏽 I can also make a wall painting, you can see one I did in Jaisalmer in the pictures.
This year I spent 3 months doing an internship at a psychologists in Munich who does traumatology and works with resonance, and I learned a lot there, so I can share some of it if you´re interested. 🧠❤️
