People!!
Sure the same as so many of us, Cooking, good fun, chatting nonsense, learning and growing and all that good stuff.

I grew up on a farm and I'm a chef, have worked in hospitality for donkeys years and am retraining as a psychotherapist so it all tracks pretty easily with what I'm up to.

I've always been athletic also and so I'm trying to bring in all these elements together to do some kind of dolce vita.

So that probably looks like up-skilling in cheffing and as many sustainable living practices as possible, as well as adding strings to the bow as far as psychotherapy goes, and for me thats got to be a very holistic approach, from yoga and its associated practices to going wild every so often and becoming mindless as opposed to mindful. I find the experimenting and exploring fascinating.

Of course all of this is nothing to me without being able to share it and hopefully impact people's lives positively.
I have big dreams for the future, so I want to get busy following those dreams, and dragging a few of them along for the ride if they're stubborn.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can turn a hand to a lot of jobs.
My expertise lies in hospitality, where I have worked for years, in every job you can name.
From managing and chefing, you name it.

I also grew up on a farm and have an interest in owning one in time, and so have a broad skillset.
I can garden, farm, perform labouring jobs, mix concrete and perform a wide variety of tasks. I am comfortable with animals, can train dogs and ride a horse.
I'm comfortable also behind a computer, can drive and use a wide range of simple machinery.

And I'll do it with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.
