Description
Chris is highly skilled professional handyman who derives the most pleasure out of assisting other people be more comfortable in their homes. Chris has 15+ years of professional handyman experience, 12 years of restaurant experience, and 20 years of hospitality experience.
Adrian is experienced in self-care and helping others to take care of themselves. Adrian has 10 years of experience in customer service and caregiving, as well as some construction experience from helping out his father while growing up.
Together, we make a strong and capable team. We are eager to expand our skill sets and knowledge base, and were told that Workaway presents an exciting opportunity for us to do just that.
We made the decision to take a break from the repetitiveness of working "a typical 9-5" and travel together across the United States, and potentially the rest of the world. We loaded the car with everything we owned and left Arizona for an entirely different experience.
For the past few years, we have been educating people in the Arizona valley on how to live and grow more sustainably.
We have a desire to make new friends, develop long-lasting connections, gain new experiences that will help us grow as people, and assist as many people as I can.
We unfortunately had a rough experience with our first Workaway host and we feel that our review of the situation has left us with a black mark. There was a breakdown of communication as we attempted to rectify some issues that arose. We hope that you, the potential new host, can help us to move forward.
Our believe is that if we all work together, we can have a long lasting positive influence!
