Hey!
I´m Katha, a dance teacher from Hamburg. I have just started studying social work but after my three year training as a dance pedagogy it went too fast for me, so I am trying to slow down a bit, changed my plans and would like to find a place abroud to visit for sometime:) I have been travelling on my own before and I see it as one of my most valuable experiences because of the amazing encounters and learning how to cope on my own.
I have been teaching dance with different age groups for some time now, so I am good with children and generally get on well with people. I´m warmhearted, can addapt easily and usually figure out how to be a helping hand on my own unless there are specific requests.
When I was younger I did more crafting, so I´m not a pro but I know some basics, learn quickly and I am motivated to get back into it!
I lived with cats for a while, so I´m always happy to have one around, but that goes for other animals too:) I like gardening and I´m open to learning more, but again not an expert. I love all kinds of cultural offers from theatre, music, performance to of course dance. I have taught myself to play the piano a little and I enjoy singing and writing. I am a book nerd aswell and lately I´ve been very much into feministic literature. Exercise, yoga and meditation really help me feel balanced, however I don´t always stick to the routine;)
I´m good at loosening up a group with theatre or dance activities. I enjoy deeptalks and learning from each others experiences. And I would be happy to improve my French, I have forgotten a lot of vocabulary and I plan to do volunteer work with POM at borders where french is very heplpful:)
Oh and nearly forgot, I love cooking and baking, a lot of it vegan and vegetarian, because I've been a vegetarian myself for a long time.
