Description

We are childhood friends who grew up together in the same house in a small town in Northern England of the UK. We share a love for camping and exploring the outdoors, and both feel at home in the countryside and among the mountains and hills. We travel to Mexico having both finished university this year.
I (Alex) have been working in Mexico since July in Puerto Morelos as a coral biologist, helping at UNAM in collaboration with Corallium and Secore as the Mesoamerican corals spawn. Joseph will join me in Puerto Morelos, and we aim to travel across Mexico over land, arriving in Puerto Escondido by mid-October.
Both Joseph and myself have extensive travel experience, and both have experience of farms in the UK growing up. In Kyrgyzstan we learned how to ride horses, and we wish to ride in Mexico.
We are both fit and capable for physical work and look forward to any help we can provide. While our level of Spanish is far from fluent, we are both eager to learn, and to take the opportunity you provide to increase our level of understanding!
