Hi there,

We’re a couple from Manitoba, Canada, passionate about sustainable living, permaculture, and deepening our connection with nature.

Jonathan (27) is an experienced carpenter and orthotic technician with a love for creating things with his hands. He’s also a musician and enjoys cooking, gardening, and working outdoors. He has experience maintaining winter river trails and contributing to projects that blend nature and community.

Margaux (26) is a professional dancer and yoga teacher with a strong background in community-focused work. For five years, she served as the assistant director of a non-profit organization in British Columbia and the Azores, Portugal, working to increase access to the arts in remote or underserved communities. Recently, she developed and presented programming about environmental stewardship for kids across Canada, blending movement, dance, and positive social values. Like Jonathan, she loves cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

We’re both hardworking and deeply committed to learning and growing. Our dream is to buy land in Canada to create a sustainable home and, one day, build a retreat that welcomes guests while benefiting the community and the planet.

We’re eager to take some time away from the fast pace of city life to learn from you and gain hands-on experience abroad. We’d love the opportunity to contribute our skills and enthusiasm to your projects while gaining inspiration and momentum for this next chapter in our lives.
