We are Arnau and Ingrid, a Catalan-French couple looking for workaway in Portugal
About Ingrid:
I'm a 27 years old french raised in the Parisian country side as well as in the french Alps. I'm a ceramist and I'm on a path learning more about permaculture and sustainable ways of farming and living, as I feel passionate about plants and the outdoors. I feel most happy when away discovering new practices, learning lessons and meeting people, and look forward to expand my skills and seek new experiences.
I am fluent in french and norwegian, very comfortable with english and still learning spanish.
About Arnau:
I'm 25 years old, born and raised on the coast of Catalunya. I work as a cook and feel passionate about food at all its levels, from the growing to creating and discovering new recipes. I like the outdoors, discover new environments and places, and am passionate about surfing. I like putting my work into projects that have meaning, whether it is in a farm or in creating sustainable alternatives for example.
I am fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Ingrid:
I have worked in a plant nursery one for 3 months in Costa Rica: restoring the ecosystem, reforestation and private lands work, and 6 months in a farm and vineyard in the US East coast with Arnau. I love food and enjoy cooking, and worked in the kitchen of the restaurant of the same vineyard in "prep", helping preparing the ingredients and products.
I do pottery, analog photography and have also worked as a painter in the film industry, and feel comfortable building things.
I have worked before in hospitality jobs as well and would love to apply my skills somewhere.
Arnau:
I have skills when it comes to cooking (went to Chef school in Barcelona and worked in different kitchens in Spain, Italy, Costa Rica and the US), and feel comfortable with garden and outdoor work (I worked 2 1/2 months in a farm in the US east coast). I also can play guitar!
