Hi everyone!! I'm Inge (25 yrs old) and based in the Netherlands :)

Friends would describe me as a enthusiastic, curious, open-minded, active and independent person. Though I would say I am an extrovert most of the time and enjoy spending connecting with other people, I can also really enjoy having some alone time every once in a while :)

Some things that make me happy are dancing (I've been dancing since I've been a little girl), singing, being with friends, being creative (crocheting, sewing, drawing, painting), being in nature, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, having meaningful/deep conversations. The list could go on for a while ;)

I'm very interested in learning more about self-suffiency, nature, gardening, cooking, mindfulness, yoga and meditation. I also love learning new languages, so I am very open to a language exchange :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- I have experience with living on my own (with roommates) and doing chores that come with living on your own such as doing groceries, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry etc.

- My first workaway last year granted me with experience in planting vegetables, weeding and other maintenance work outside. On top of that I have volunteered on a care farm in the Netherlands, where I helped with several tasks such as taking care of animals, vegetable garden, and even learned how to milk cows (with a machine though) ;)

- I'm pretty experienced with walking dogs and taking care of them as I've always grown up with dogs.

- I have experience with painting and doing other DIY tasks.

- I'm a Dutch native speaker, proficient in English, have a intermediate level of Spanish and a basic understanding of German and French

Some other facts about me! :)
- I've been living on my own for quite some years now since I've started university in the beautiful city of Groningen. Since then, I've completed a bachelor's degree in Human Movement Sciences, a pre-master in Medicine and started my medical internships, but decided to quit and pursue a research master in Neurosciences which I will be finishing next year :)

- Recently I've been becoming more and more interested in mindfulness practices, such as meditation and yoga. I love doing yoga classes regularly and meditate daily in the morning to start off the day !

- I'm fascinated by the brain, so if you want to know some random neuroscience facts I am eager to tell you :) Especially the concept of mind-body connection is something I find really interesting and could talk about for a long time!
