My name is Iara. I LOVE connecting with different cultures & ways of living, expanding my mind and discovering what makes the people who cross my path smile.

I love music, which expresses itself through Lami, my guitalele, my channel, my therapy, my way of transmitting the love I carry inside ❤️

I love sharing tools for emotional management, accompany those who need it to connect with their body, listen to it, allow it to express itself.

I love yoga, and I would like to learn and deepen my practice. Meditation and breathing are also great tools in my life.

I am specially interested in learning about healing techniques, healthy food (I am vegetarian), community living, art craft ^^

Mi nombre es iara, AMO conectar con diferentes culturas, formas de vivir y aprender de ellas, expandir mi mente y conocer qué le hace sonreír a la gente que llega a mi camino.

Amo la música, ella se expresa en mi a través de Lami, mi Guitalele, mi canal, mi terapia, mi forma de transmitir el amor que llevo dentro ❤️

Me gusta acompañar procesos emocionales, compartir herramientas sobre gestión emocional, acompañar a quién lo necesita a conectar con su cuerpo, escucharlo, permitirlo expresarse.

Me encanta el Yoga, y me gustaría aprender y profundizar más. También la meditación y la respiración son una gran herramienta en mi vida.

I enjoy and feel good about empowering those around me and those who cross my path. I am optimistic, empathetic, creative, responsible, and I really enjoy non-violent and assertive face-to-face communication.

I love guiding meditations: to listen to oneself, connect with the heart, with creative energy, to observe how the body feels, etc.
I also love animals and can look after dogs, cats, birds, snakes, etc. In my little house, we have taken in different animals that needed it at the time, and those that were wild we have returned to their habitat after their rehabilitation.
