Description
Hello, I'm hugo, I'm traveling by bicycle from France. I have some experiences as workawayer, mostly in building projects but I also helped in hostel and garden.

Workaway is for me a way to get closer to the culture of the country I'm visiting and to meet so many interesting peoples. It's also very nice to have a place to stay and to spend some time in the same area when I'm traveling.

I'm a professional wood worker, I am skilled in carpentry, furnitures but also in general building.
I can fixe bicycles, perform hard work, cook, work in the garden and I'm always motivated to do new jobs, specially if I can learn some new stuffs !

I love music (specially jazz and folk music), cycling, playing chess and travel of course, I care a lot about ecology and I'm a vegan (don't worry about me, I always find something to eat).

Hugo was an excellent volunteer. He worked with us over almost a year on some very important and difficult carpentry projects. He fits in easily with other volunteers and our family and is very easy to get along with.

I spend a long time there and I can only recommend this place. The all family is super nice, the place is awesome with amazing view and river where we can swim nearby. I spent big part of the winter in Shroma and it was amazing experience. Everything a traveler can surch in workaway is combined here: big international community (and only amazing peoples!), interesting and diverse works, contact with locals, delicious international food...
