Description

Hello there! After college and almost a decade of work in youth and professional development I've made the decision to take some time for myself and travel the world. I'm determined to graduate from visiting other places with a "vacation" mindset and instead be intentional about really traveling. To do this requires adequate time, open-mindedness and saying yes to every opportunity that falls before me. I've found in my work focusing on social emotional development that humans discover more about themselves by connecting with people with differing backgrounds, mindsets and intentions.

-Outdoor Recreational Professional
-Experience guiding both adults and youth in: Wilderness Trips (hiking, canoe/kayaking, camping etc.)
-Experience in Challenge Course elements (static courses, high ropes etc.) and team building initiatives for youth.
-Alpine Skiing instructor and coach
-Summer Camp professional - a decade of experience developing and implementing outdoor youth activities for youth and training staff on their delivery.
-Property management for mid to large scale Summer Camp properties.
-Certified Soil Erosion Technician
-Oversaw the completion of various soil erosion prevention projects including rain gardens, drain tile installation and trail maintenance.
-Leadership Skills - Have been responsible for several outdoor rec. summer staff teams ranging from 10 to 80 individuals.
-Developed and ran staff training's
-Provided ongoing coaching and performance reviews for staff
