Hi :) My Name is Helen and I'm 26 years old. ☀️

So far, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in two wonderful Workaway experiences—one on a community farm in Vietnam, and the other with a family in southern Australia.
I’m motivated by learning new things, staying active, and doing work that actually helps. I like being involved in practical tasks and seeing clear results at the end of the day.
What I enjoy most is a good balance between work and free time—getting things done, then relaxing, exploring the area, or just having a normal conversation and enjoy the day to day routine. I appreciate straightforward communication and a relaxed, friendly environment.
I’m a very positive person who enjoys meeting new people and adapting to different situations. I especially like working with animals — except for snakes.
As a teacher, these experiences are especially valuable to me. They help me become better at what I do and allow me to share real-life insights with my students—things I’ve actually experienced myself, not just learned from books. I enjoy giving my students a broader perspective on life beyond Germany and sharing meaningful stories from my travels.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m a reliable and hands-on person who enjoys practical work. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and can help with a variety of tasks such as gardening, basic maintenance, cleaning, and general household support. I have strong communication and organizational skills. I’m used to working with people, explaining things clearly, and adapting to different situations and needs.
I also enjoy working with animals and feel comfortable taking care of them. I have especially good experience with horses, chickens, dogs, and cats.
I’m quick to learn, open to new tasks, and always try to do my work carefully and responsibly.
