Hello! My name is Hanna and I am a young adventurer passionate about exploring the world. Being out in nature and doing different physical activities are some of the things that I enjoy the most, but I am sort of a jack of all trades. I grew up in the countryside in Sweden's forest and in the city in Japan (Yokohama) as well. My mother is Japanese and my father Swedish, so I've done some back and forth between the two countries throughout my life. I love training, so I'm quite strong for my size and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty with carpentry or other manual labour. Right now I work with IT and travel a lot for work, but I'm keen to get back to my volunteering days where I get to push my boundaries and get out of my comfort zone. Im a very open person, with lots of energy and I love a good debate. Things that motivate me and bring me happiness are doing things that bring good for the world but also making genuine connections with others :) Perhaps I can contribute something while gaining something back, thats what I love most about workaway.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've worked in restaurants as a bartender and waitress since I was 14 years old so I have a high level of service and social skills, and can handle a stressful environment. I have high levels of engagement and enthusiasm, and am not afraid to try new things.
I've done all types of sports so athleticism is high on my list of abilities, but also makes me flexible to be able to pick up new skills and tasks that may need to be done. Sports I can have done include skiing, snowboarding, crossfit, rockclimbing, track and field, long distance running, martial arts, etc.
Since living in the forest in Sweden, I've been used to helping my father when he builds new houses, so I have apprentice level carpentry experience and am used to harder labor. My grandfather was also a fisherman so I have basic skills in fishing with nets, driving boats, and fileting fish. I've been around hunting as well so I am not grossed out by such things.
Studying in University and high school, I have studied most in business and politics, but privately my biggest interests lie in biology, ecology, and anthropology. My best skills in this sense would include language skills and articulation. I can be quite creative when it comes to creating advertisements or entertainment.
Currently I work with SAP implementation around the world, so I have some IT skills and project planning skills.
