Hello I'm Geny!
I recently graduated college and obtained my degree in journalism. I'm currently living at home while I save and regroup, while also figuring out what's next for me. I've always loved traveling, and enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places and trying new things (especially food). I'm from a small town in Colorado and grew up with the mountains in my backyard. I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, really anything outdoors. I'm also a huge animal lover and have had pets all my life. I've pet/house sat for friends and family, and also through the app Rover.
Since I've graduated and don't have any big obligations tying me down, I figure I might as well take advantage of that and explore somewhere new!

I studied French for four years in high school, and Spanish for one year in high school and two in college. My French is pretty rusty, though I'm trying to relearn some of the basics, and I'd say I can have basic conversations in Spanish. I'm also working to improve my Spanish skills.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I'm a very clean and organized person and enjoy keeping a tidy space, so I don't mind helping out with household cleaning chores. I might not be the best cook, but I do enjoy making meals and having dinners with friends and family. I don't have much experience in the garden, but I'm always willing to learn and help in any way I can.
I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, and would love to help care for yours! I grew up riding horses for a bit as well, though it's been a while. But with a quick rundown I'll be able to catch on!
I'm very willing to learn and am easily adaptable to whatever tasks you need help with.

I enjoy living an active lifestyle and go to the gym frequently. I enjoy walks and reading a good book in the sun. I feel like I'm in that in between stage where I'm not really sure what my "thing" is, but I'm trying to figure it out.
I ran cross country and played soccer in high school as well.
