Yoga Acroyoga Surf and WindSurf

Description

Hello there :)
I’m a former atypical Pharmacist turned a Holistic Coach, passionate about nutraceuticals, epigenetics, and medicinal plants. I’m also a yoga teacher (though I’m not currently teaching), an Acroyoga and Pilates lover, and a contemporary dancer. Music is a huge part of my life - I love to sing while playing the acoustic guitar, and of course, dancing and moving my body freely is part of my daily routine, along with yoga and meditation.
I deeply enjoy water sports like windsurfing, SUP, and surfing (I'm not a Pro!), as well as the silence of the mountains and wild nature. In fact, I lived in Switzerland for the past eight years. I have a deep love for crystals, animals, the sun, the moon, the stars, children, animals and cooking delicious - wholesome food. I follow a diet, rich in vegetables, fruits, and eggs, and I prioritize organic and consciously sourced food - especially when it comes to meat and small fish. I can't eat gluten and I avoid processed and commercial gluten-free foods, opting instead for natural ingredients like quinoa, sweet potatoes and sometimes rice. I love cooking at home and experimenting with gluten-free flours when baking sugar-free cakes or pancakes! That said, I also practice intermittent fasting intuitively since years, often skipping dinner, and when I don't I eat around 6 PM.
As much as I cherish shared moments with unconventional and multi-passionate souls, I equally value my own space and solitude to recharge and to connect to my intuition and creativity. The quality I appreciate most in others is genuine curiosity with respect and healthy boundaries. I speak English, Italian (though I’m not particularly fond of it), Spanish, intermediate French, and basic Portuguese. I have worked as a proofreader and account manager for a language and translation company because I love languages and have a keen eye for detail-one of the reasons I’m also drawn to photography and would love to explore it further! I would also love to know more about gardening and permaculture, I don't have any particular skill in these but I am a fast learner!
I thrive in tidy and clean spaces and strongly value mutual respect in shared living environments.
I am a very straightforward person who values respectful and honest communication. I deeply feel energy and can quickly sense people around. I prefer to surround myself with like-minded individuals who share my values. I am trustworthy and always follow through on my commitments, and I appreciate people who do the same-especially when it comes to agreed-upon tasks, hours, and plans. Of course I am a flexible person too.
I could live happily with good music, surfing, arts, silence, landscapes, sunsets, sunrises, delicious food, animals, sincere hugs and smiles—always close to nature in all its forms!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m able to organise my journey autonomously, I even worked as an Account Manager in a languages company so I can offer my help with people and in different ways which I’m happy to experiment as a curious person. I’m a tidy girl and for me it’s very important to keep my surroundings very clean, so always trying to maintain the standards high :)
As a yoga teacher we can practice together, I’d love to create yoga lessons for surfers and windsurfers but willing to experiment everything I can help you with!
I can offer my help with cooking and children too, taking care of them and offer my hugs and sweetness!
I like photography and love details but unfortunately I don’t have a photo machine!
Im a pro active person so as I said, I’m happy to experiment and help you and discover new tasks!
