Description
I am 18 years old and looking to explore the world before starting university. I love animals, nature and the outdoors, and I look forward to the opportunity to immerse myself in another country's culture. With proficiency in Spanish, and a basic level of French, I am hoping to improve my language skills and am of course happy to share my knowledge of English with willing learners! I am open-minded, hard-working and enthusiastic, and I can't wait to throw myself into whatever opportunities my hosts provide.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I've just completed my A levels in English, Spanish and History and I also hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, so I'm happy tutor English, or to simply chat to those who. want to improve their language skills more informally. I also speak a bit of French , and I hold a place to study English Literature at Oxford university.
Having grown up with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and rabbits I'm experienced with animals and not afraid of getting my hands dirty.
I am a competent cook, able to make basic family meals, cater to vegetarians or vegans, or to give your family a taste of English cooking. Growing up in a busy family home I am also used to pulling my weight where housework is concerned.
I have experience working in retail and hospitality as well as childcare- for the past few months I have been working for a family, looking after 3 children between the ages 9 and 3 and helping with virtual learning as well as general work around the house.
During lockdown I helped redecorate my family house and outdoor area, so would now be confident helping with painting, sanding, wallpapering or other DIY jobs.
Working at a local bookshop also ran the social media channels and website, so I would be happy to do this for my host if they wanted to improve their technology skills. I also volunteered at local night shelter for a year so I have experience with charity work.
I am young and physically fit, so happy to undertake strenuous outdoor work if required.
Generally I would consider myself a flexible and enthusiastic worker, determined to put 100% effort into whatever tasks my host requires of me.
