Hello! I live in Budapest and in the summer of 2025 I am looking for longer-term positions in the countryside as well as opportunities to improve my languages.

Description
I am an explorer and life-long learner who loves gardening, foraging for wild plants, history, drawing, playing music, searching for ancient trees and quiet moments with a book. I especially love folk music and dancing, sharing this with others creates a special kind of joy and connection. Currently I am a freelancer living in Budapest, Hungary, but am looking for long-term summer positions in the countryside. I am a mature, responsible person and have extensive experience in caretaking, pet-sitting, organic gardening, customer service and teaching both English and music. I am also flexible, a quick learner and very diligent when it comes to tasks needing to be done. I love cultural exchanges and look forward to meeting you soon!

I have experience teaching English, and am interested in continuing to learn German, French and Hungarian. I can also teach music, folk dance, improv comedy as well as how to hunt for wild plants and what they can be used for.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a degree in music and sociology, and have worked as a freelance musician, teacher, gardener, guide, organizer and project manager for much of my life. This includes all the customer service, computer and administrative skills one would imagine, as well as farmstay and tourism/hospitality industry experience. I also have certifications in herbal medicine and gardening, so have quite a lot of experience with people as well as plants :-). I've lived in 7 different countries so am used to adapting quickly to new cultures and situations.

I love playing music and going to concerts, from classical to folk metal. Dr. Who fan. I enjoy history, museums, botanical gardens, cartoons, morris dancing, and foraging for minerals.
