Hello, I'm Evan!

I'm a copywriter and musician with a lust for life and exploring different parts of the world. Due to my profession, I am not always able to put everything on pause and travel, but I make sure to do it every chance I get it. I love meeting new people and forming community where I'm welcome and see a connection. I'm an easy-going, relaxed person but always respectful and love some good ol' banter. My communication style is open and clear and I look for the same in others.

My day job is largely computer-based, so I don't often get to engage in physical work. However, I'm deeply interested in learning new crafts/vocations and growing practical knowledge around living independently/sustainably (gardening, building, painting, etc.) I speak both English and Spanish and enjoy being able to exchange language and cultural differences with others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a degree in Advertising and specifically have a developed skillset in copywriting, social media marketing, website/landing page development, SEO best practices, and project management. If you as an individual or your business are seeking help with any of these things, this is my forté as I've spent the last 6 years or so developing these skills in professional environments.

I'm a native English speaker and am fluent in Spanish, having both studied it in university and lived in Mexico for over 2 years. I've never formally taught a language, but am happy to practice your conversation skills in either language. If you're taking classes, I can help tutor and correct your grammar, vocabulary, etc.

Need help around the house ? I can help with cleaning, laundry, caring for plants and animals, furniture building, and other tasks that may arise. I don't have a ton of knowledge around manual labor, but I'm a motivated learner and very open to learning new skills (if you are willing to help teach!)

Overall, I'm a self-motivated life-long learner, so open to helping out with most tasks you throw at me!

In general, I'm a pretty docile person–but also love to converse, hang out, and crack jokes. On the other hand, I will always respect your space and privacy.

My cooking skills are a work in progress but always happen to help out in the kitchen.

I've never had a cavity! Knock on wood.

I've lived in 3 different countries which makes me believe I'm a fairly adaptable person.

I attended university on a choral scholarship (I'm a proud tenor).
