Description
Hi there! My name is Elyse and I'm a 29 year-old writer, photographer, and composer from Los Angeles, California. I did my first Workaway exchange in 2024 and embarked on my first backpacking trip through Europe. It completely changed my life and I feel so grateful to have met such kind and wonderful people along the way.
I currently work as a sales and studio manager at a co-working, wellness, and events space here in LA. I am planning to move in the middle of October to travel once again. While traveling I plan to work remotely part-time for the same company and focus on my photography, writing, and experiencing new cultures.
Some of my hobbies include yoga, hiking, skateboarding, and soccer. I love being around kids and animals and have a background in childcare, music education, and dog + cat sitting. I enjoy cooking, interior design, and cleaning (while listening to music or podcasts :)
I also have skills in web design, videography, social media management, and business strategy. My greatest passions in life include building community, storytelling, and genuine connection. I enjoy learning new things and seek to live in service of others, approaching life from an open heart and mind.
