Hello ☺️☺️
We are Alex, Elliot & Freddie from England.
In January 2025 we will be exploring one of our favourite countries, Spain, for three months whilst Alex is still on maternity leave. We have done over 13 Workaways on our recent two year trip attempting to travel from the UK to Australia without flying, and it's definitely our favourite way to travel!
As you can see from our feedback we are both hard-working, positive, friendly, and trust-worthy. We love volunteering through Workaway as it is a great opportunity to meet new people, slow down, spend time with locals and immerse ourselves in the country. We are open to all types of opportunity, and not afraid to try new things, or get our hands dirty :)
Traveling this time round will be different with our 6-month old baby, however life is for living, and we are excited to take him traveling and have some great experiences. With this in mind, we ask for flexibility from hosts as Freddie's schedule can be unpredictable. Even with a baby I'm sure we will still be great volunteers and can help you make some progress with your exciting project :)

We had an great time in Kelantan with Ryan and Michelle. They have a beautiful guesthouse right by the river with stunning views.

We had such a lovely time with Hulya and her husband Yusef. Their hospitality was great and Hulyas cooking was amazing. It was so nice to eat typical Turkish family food every day. We would also eat together every meal which was a great experience.

The experience with Elliot and Alex was glorious. They are enthousiastic even with on harsh weather conditions and durable + disciplined for any job that they are given too. This is the BEST hostel. The owners are all super lovely and hilarious, if we didn’t have anywhere to go next we could have easily stayed here a year! We had a great time at the farm. Every morning we would let the animals out and feed them etc then we would walk down to the farm and we would mostly do a different task every day. We would always be working in groups so there was a good sense of community and we would all have tea breaks together.

Elliot and Alex are an enthusiastic young couple who not only work hard but also have a real curiosity about the lives they encounter through Workaway. They achieved a huge amount in the two weeks they were here, and maintained a positive attitude through wind, rain and mud.
