Hi, we are Antonia and Ella we are originally from Germany. Both of the two of us are 20 years old and we are planning on spending our summer traveling around the UK and Iceland. Workaway seems like a great opportunity for us to get to know the people and their culture whilst traveling.
We both love nature, animals, gardening, and learning new languages. We are very open-minded and therefore, really like to connect with people from different places. Moreover, the two of us are up-beat and spontaneous. We are willing to compromise and to also learn new things in order to meet your and our expectations.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As we attended a Waldorf school we were able to acquire basic skills in wood work, iron work, arts and crafts and gardening. Especially in gardening and agriculture we got further knowledge by working on a farm for three to four weeks in the context of an internship. There we spend some time working in the fields and also on feeding and taking care of the animals.
For Antonia gardening and taking care of the animals is the most fun, as she is a mum of three cats (in general a very animal loving person) and due to her big garden which requires a lot of work. Moreover, there have ever been dogs living in the house, which she was happy to play with and take care of occasionally.
Ella is as well a huge animal and nature lover. She loves taking long walks to relax and to explore nature. Additionally, she has experience in taking care of horses, sheep, chicken, cats, rabbits and birds. She is outgoing and always open to try and learn something new!
After finishing school Antonia began to work as a waitress and she also loves to cook and try new recipes, Ella worked with kids in voluntary projects and volunteered in a project which is actively trying to support cross-cultural-interchange and to enhance integration.
Moreover, we both worked in a hospital in the patient care sector as an intern.

So if needed we could also assist you in some fields of gastronomy or some work at a hotel or even just in a kitchen.
Additionally, in different kind of projects e.g.social, or political ones.

We are both very into learning and speaking different languages, therefore we would be interested in learning yours and we would be also happy to teach you ours if you want us to :)
