I am in India now, and I am currently looking for hosts anywhere in Europe that focus on nature/forest therapy or permaculture from April 2024 until August 2024

Description

I love people and nature, I believe that gratitude in every day life is the source of a happy life. I am a curious and adventurous person eager to explore different cultures in the world.
I was born and grew up in the beauty if Italian countryside, then moved in cities to complete my studies. Although I was thinking to be on my right path, after two degrees and a PhD I have realized that travelling, meeting people is the real joy of my life, likeliwise I am re-discovering the connection with nature and learning about sustainable life.
I did workaway in Ireland, Sri Lanka and India. I am particularly inrested into joining programmes focused on mental leaht and nature/forest therapy.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have worked for years in hospitality (barista, kitchen, catering) during my studies. I did an intern as a nutritionist working mainly with children, and contributed to a reseacrh project in Pemba (Tanzania), where I was working with the local community to treat parasites infections.
I am an active volunteer for "Nutrizionisti senza frontiere", a no-profit organization aimed to fight malnutrition in low-income countries, and for a social enterprise which promotes local and sustainable food in Lancashire (UK). Also, I have recently started tutoring English and Maths to children (4 to 14 yo). in the last few months I volunteer in organic farms, teaching English to children, helping in hostels in India and Sri Lanka.
I m a very positive, optimistic and reflective person; love to listen to people stories.
Also, I have got excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian, excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent time management and organization skills :)
