Ahoy!
I'm from the UK looking to spend the winter sailing to get a step closer to fulfilling my dream of getting a boat of my own to live the pirate life.
I have a RYA day skipper license however it has been about a year since ive been on the water so consider me capable and eager competent crew.
I'm an ecologist by trade with a love of the wild and have also been a chef so have provisioning skills. I'm willing to put two hands to anything and get involved in all parts of boat life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I`m a keen cook with professional experience and love fresh and seasonal ingredients as well as the back of the cupboard surprise depending on the time and place.
I have a RYA day skipper license, however, its been a while but I am very eager to learn and improve. As well as sailing and manoeuvres the license also included navigation, VHF and safety training which is rusty but in there and in need of refreshing.
I have gardening, landscaping, animal management, cleaning and basic woodworking experience and am very willing to take direction and get stuck in.
I can be organised and deal with plans and logistics on a variety of computer programs, apps and software packages as well as mapping and data handling.
I`m not a natural social media person but I understand how it works and its benefit to small organisations and businesses so I can help if needs be.

I like to listen to online radio (NTS, do you) and podcasts (future ecologies, BBC earth), play boardgames (bonus points for carcassone!), cycle touring, bouldering, surfing, live music, food markets, swimming in the sea, bathing in the forest and all the good things in life!
