Hey there! I’m Dustin, a 36-year-old adventurer born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and raised in Alberta. I’m currently embarking on a life-changing journey from Stony Plain, Alberta to Ushuaia, Argentina, traveling by Motorcycle. I know it's cliche to say this but for me this expedition is not about the destination but the journey along the way, wherever it takes me. It's a spiritual journey with no official plan, where I seek time alone with God in the wilderness, escaping from the distractions of this crazy world, but it's also about connecting with people, serving, and sharing life and experiences.

Throughout my life, I’ve worn many hats. I’ve been a paramedic, and I’ve also had thrilling experiences flying across Canada in float planes and helicopters, working in mineral exploration and oil and gas.

I have an adventurous spirit that has taken me beyond borders, as I’ve lived in Australia and enjoyed the thrill of surfing on Sydney's Northern Beaches as well as driving up to the Arctic Circle and back and riding my motorcycle down through Montana. When I’m not on my bicycle or motorcycle you can often find me disappearing into the mountains for overnight hiking trips, fishing, hunting, and connecting with nature through the lens of my camera.

Among my hobbies, I love cooking, staying fit at the gym, swimming, and embracing the freedom of riding motorcycles and bicycles. Writing is one of my passions, and I explore various forms, including poetry. For work I am a freelance videographer, photographer, and all-things multimedia guy. I’ll be documenting some of this remarkable journey across the Americas.

Driven by a strong work ethic, I’m a hard worker, always striving to be honest, dependable, and trustworthy. With an adventurous spirit, creativity, and dedication, I hope to inspire others as I explore one step at a time and follow my passions on this incredible journey of faith-fueled discovery.

Former Paramedic and once a Caregiver.
I love to cook healthy meals. I used to teach nutrition and host food workshops.
I have handyman skills and some rough construction experience. I work on my own engines.
I have experience with animals. I grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan.
I can operate machinery like tractors, skid steer, and class 3 trucks.
I'm an avid hunter and fisherman.
I'm great with kids and love to teach them skills, especially outdoor skills.
I'm physically fit and pretty strong. I love going to the gym.

Autres infos...

I once built a cabin in the middle of winter and lived off-grid with my Golden Retriever for 4 years! I raised 50 chickens, grew a big garden, hunted big game for protein, and milked a neighbor's cow to make Keifer! Those were some fun years.
