Description
I am a student of life, moving around the world, learning as much as I can. I have started doing volunteer work around eight years ago, engaging in diverse activities such as general maintenance, permaculture, bartending, ecotourism, graphic design, English teaching, social work, youth work, etc.
I am also a student of calligraphy and it is my greatest joy to show other people the little that I know about this craft.
During my travels i discovered a passion for playing ethnic instruments (such as kaval, bendir, setar etc.), and i enjoy jamming with other people.
I love to cook, especially if it is for others, and I enjoy listening to people's stories.
I am currently learning how to live more sustainably, and training to become a facilitator for youth activities.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Calligraphy/Teaching: I have been studying calligraphy for the past ten years, during which I acquired a relatively good skill with various writing instruments and scripts. I can produce custom digital lettering. Also, I love to teach calligraphy basics to whoever is interested in this particular craft.
Cooking: I like cooking for people.
Instrument playing: I play ethnic instruments, like kaval, bendir, and setar. While I am nowhere near proficiency, I am quite enthusiastic about playing music and dancing, especially if others are playing their own music along.
Youthwork: I have been involved in various youth projects, during which I facilitated team-building activities and energizers.
IT: Due to my previous experience as an IT/Telecom engineer, I can handle computers pretty well.
Adaptability: I adapt relatively quickly to new environments, people, living conditions.

I stayed at the farm for almost two weeks and I definitely want to return at some point. The vibes are great, I really enjoyed how easy and natural it was to blend in with the rest of the crew. Work was sometimes physically demanding but overall satisfying. Kolay gelsin ve görüşürüz!

I've spent just a bit over one month in the hostel, and i can say that i had a blast really! The work was good and relaxing, the place was very cozy and the people were very friendly and always helpful. I really enjoyed our movie nights with Joe, and the long conversations with the other volunteers. I really recommend the place!

I really enjoyed my stay with Arda and the other volunteers. What i really like is that Arda encourages us to think for ourselves and make creative decisions for this place. The food was great, nights out were very beautiful and the place...c'mon, we were living so close to the sea, it was amazing! I will definitely return! Kolay gelsin Arda!
