-travelling, although I haven't got a chance to do that too much in my life YET! That is why I'm on this website, because I didn't really know this was a thing until last year
-storytelling, and poetry are great loves of mine. I went to film school and have worked in the film industry, and aspire to start doing online video content while I travel.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I used to work in culinary, and am a pretty decent cook. My culinary experiences include mostly Canadian diner food, which is a cultural fusion of chaos that I am finding difficult to define. Italian-Canadian pasta dishes, mac n cheese sauce from scratch (we can add jalapeños to get funky). My favourite things to regularly cook for people is penne rosé stirfry, with either shrimp or chicken, or both if we are feeling particularly wild. I was a main cook at a Toronto smokehouse, which served southern USA style food: fried chicken, smoked beef, pulled pork, collared greens, cheesey grits. I can make delicious burger patties from scratch.

I have worked in film, as a props person, special FX, and set dresser, so I am pretty strong and willing to help with hard, dirty work. I am confident with some tools and helping out to make or build things, though regrettably I do not have any specific special skills. I am a quick learner, and very much want to spend time on some farms to learn some skills and get more confident with farm life. I am not afraid of animals, or nature.
