Description
I'm Diego, 32 years old, and from Chile. I'm an energetic person who enjoys meeting new people. I'm a conversationalist, I like helping others, I always have my camera nearby, and I've been doing photography for 8 years. My skills are photography (I also create videos), cooking, and interacting with people, but I always want to do more. I started a trip in 2022 that was supposed to end in 3 months. I've been there for 3 years now, and it doesn't have an end date. This trip has taken me to many countries (47 so far), and even though I'm doing this trip alone, I've met great friends and had great adventures, especially when I volunteer because I know the place I'm in better shape. I've always thought that volunteering goes beyond having free accommodation, and that's not what I'm really looking for. Honestly, I like to get involved in every project I participate in, both learning about the culture of the place and sharing with other volunteers and the community where it's located. I read each profile carefully and select the ones that fit my abilities and what I want to learn. As I said, it's not about volunteering for accommodation, but rather about truly getting to know a project and helping it grow, while learning new things. I hope I can make people smile, that they can learn from me, and I can learn from them.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
By profession I am a cook, so I can help in the kitchen and also in cleaning areas. Through my work in tourism, I have learned over the years to be a good person in planning work activities as well as vacations.
I speak Spanish because it is my native language, I speak English (intermediate), I understand some German after having lived in Germany, and I have always liked to learn the local language from where I am traveling.
I am a writer and I already have a couple of poems and finished books, one book already published.
I always travel with my camera and over the years I have learned to capture good moments and edit photos.
The most important thing on a trip is to add adventures, meet people and enjoy the moment with the people I meet.
