Hello, I'm a French backpacker :)
My name is Bastien, I am 22 years old and I have challenged myself to go on an adventure this year 2024 in Australia, I have been a landscaper for 6 years, I know a lot in the field of landscaping ( pruning, mowing, pruning, felling, planting, landscaping, creation, general maintenance... I could therefore provide you with great help in this area in particular, after which I have a lot of skills in many other areas Passionate. of discoveries and nature, I can carry out any type of work in exchange for accommodation and a few meals. If I can learn something new, that's even better! Australian. Always smiling, friendly and energetic! I like to help, listen to music, meditate pleasantly... share happiness :) Animals and nature are part of my adventure! If you have any, I would be happy to take care of them!

My first Workaway lasted two months, I was accompanied by a friend (Anthony), a second which lasted 10 days and then a third for a period of two weeks. All were different and full of discoveries in Australian life, the hosts, the animals and nature were just incredible!!!

General description:

- Exterior maintenance: Mowing (mower and brush cutter), Pruning (pruning and reshaping of certain shrubs and trees), Pruning and felling (felling of an almost dead 15 meter tree), Development of a slope next to the main path ( mulching, plantations, wooden edging), Wooden fence around tree trunks to prevent horses from getting injured, horse maintenance (food, cleaning of the box, collection of droppings), High pressure cleaning of the terrace and of the structure. Installation of a metal structure on an existing hangar to protect the cars and reinforce the old structure.

- Interior maintenance: Clean the floor, do the dishes, help with daily household chores, help prepare meals, we also repainted the entire interior of the house (walls and ceiling).
