Hello!

My name is Daniel (Dan), and I am a 22-year-old recently graduated college student with a major in Management Information Systems. I am an avid adventurer and love experiencing all walks of life and cultures. I graduated a term early and have 3 months before I walk and receive my diploma. During this time, I plan to live out my dream of backpacking Europe solo.

I live a life motto of "learning by doing". My whole life I have fantasized about the vast globe and what it has to offer, and I have the perfect opportunity to do this at the current moment. My main source of happiness is family and meeting new people every day. I have 4 younger siblings and two dogs that I adore. Rather than being a tourist, I really want to experience a community and help others.

I am a really easygoing person who can help out with anything. In addition to my experience in technology through my major at Drexel University, I work landscaping and construction in the summers as well as work at my family's barbeque and fine dining restaurant. I'm looking to make real, meaningful connections that can last a lifetime before I walk the stage!

Landscaping: I have extensive experience in landscaping during the summer familiar with various tools and techniques for lawn/garden care

High Volume Food Service: I have a lot of experience in food preparation and dinner service as well as grilling and barbeque for my family's restaurant

General Maintenance: I have experience in demolition and painting projects, as well as concrete and carpentry

Hospitality and Social Skills
Fine Dining: Extensive experience on the floor during peak hours of service. Hosting, guest experience and etiquette.

Childcare: Already growing up with four younger siblings aging from 8-16 as the de-facto babysitter, I have experience in childcare through school programs

Social Connection: I believe I am a natural "people-person" and am easy to talk to. I enjoy talking to people from all over the world and only learn more about myself and others through this.

Professional Skills
Project Management: With my MIS degree, I have a background in efficient task completion, logistics and planning that intersects with technology. I am advanced in digital organization and coding projects.

Communication: I am a straightforward, casual worker who prefers communication to be clear when completing tasks. I value getting the job done with clarity.

I am an avid sports fan, specifically for the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA. I enjoy exploring cities in the United States including New York City and Chicago. I am an avid camper and hiker, love to fish and watch animals and birds while in nature. I find peace in being alone and figuring it out by myself. There is a beauty in it.

I love to cook and make new creations in the kitchen. My family has deep roots of chefs, and I learn from them every day. My favorite dish to make is Tournedos.

I have a total of 5 siblings, and I am the second oldest, I grew up in Pennsylvania and met so many people from different countries during my time in college. I only want to meet more people!
