Hi there! Ciao a tutti!

I'm Conor, from London, and am currently studying at university.
I am studying Philosophy and Italian at the University of Oxford, and am starting my year abroad this year. I'm really looking forward to moving to Italy for much of the next year, to improve my language skills, my understanding of Italian culture, and to meet wonderful new people! I can't wait to explore everything Italy has to offer.

I am fluent in English, having lived in London for my entire life, and am happy to teach people how to speak my language, especially if they want to speak British English (rather than American English). I am learning Italian, as part of my university course, and would love any opportunity to improve my fluency, particularly in terms of speaking the language (but if there was an opportunity to improve my writing skills as well, that would be great).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Fluent English speaker, extremely in-depth knowledge and awareness of English culture.
- At an intermediate level of Italian; I would very much like to improve my understanding and fluency.
- Experienced pianist, and very experienced singer; more than happy to teach either!
- Very interested in writing, especially travel writing and journalism.
- Keen interest in philosophy, politics, literature, and art.
- Relatively experienced tutor, and babysitter; good at helping children with homework.
- I enjoy rowing, tennis, and most sports.
- Can drive a car (manual or automatic).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, hardworking, happy to do manual labour, and to learn just about anything you might have to offer me!
- And I love meeting and getting to know new people!
