Hello!! My name is Antonio i am 21 years old and have been traveling arround europe for over a year now!

Before i started traveling i was working at a cooperative/flat organisation, its a very special one of a kind company and we involve ourself politically and culturally in our city in sweden. We in the recent years have expanded to brew our own beer and we have a music venue were we host gigs and have comunity events like fanzines events or dance or boxingclasses all kinds of stuff really! We are very vocal and present and involved in protests and humanrights movements. I have been on the board of this company since i was 18 and its been a very good experience for me. Anyways we also added a cleaning service onto our roster of services we offer and ive done quite a few cleaning job so thats something im happy doing more of while volunteering.

Im very interested in gardening and self sufficiency in general and one day i want to have my own perma/polyculture farm, So im hungry to learn as much as i can about all kinds of stuff. Next year im planning to attend carpentry school so handywork like that is allways appreciated

But what i have done mostly is different kinds of gardening on small medium and large scale

Ive worked as a chef for a couple years after graduating culinary school and i still love to cook! Recently ive become very interested in lacto fermentation and brewing different kinds of kombucha and researching the different health benefits of the types of tea and stuff like that!

im used to physical work and honestly enjoy that type of hard labour the most but cleaning and cooking and gardening are also things i really enjoy to do:)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience working as a chef for about 3 years in restaurants ranging from 1 michelin star restaurants to foodtrucks, festivals and in barkitchens. I am very used to hard physical labour as i most recently worked in a cooperative moving company where the work is very physically demanding every day, but i really like physical work:) I have experience using powertools, im good at cleaning, cooking, working outside. Im very eager to learn new stuff!
