Hi! I’m Lorenzo from Berlin. I recently left my consulting job to explore the world, meet new people and learn from different ways of living.

I had a truly wonderful time with Hilarie and Ray in Vancouver. They are incredibly kind and warm hosts who made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The daily tasks were fair and manageable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, respectful, and very family-like.

Lorenzo spent several weeks with us over Christmas. My family took to him and he was invited to all our family gatherings and fit right in.
He did whatever was asked and did a good job. Our dog greeted him at the door with a wagging tail and a toy - he loved his walks with Lorenzo.

Earl was my first host in Canada, and looking back it was a great way to start. He is open, helpful, and makes sure that you feel welcome and meaningfully involved.
