Hi, my name is Ava, I’m 19 years old and I live in a small town near Hanover in Germany. I’m currently finishing my Abitur and will graduate in summer 2026. After that, I would love to travel and experience new cultures through Workaway.

I’m an open-minded, friendly and adventurous person who enjoys trying new things and exploring new places. In 2023, I spent six months in Hawaii living with a host family, which helped me become more independent and adaptable to new environments.

I love animals (especially dogs, cats and horses) and I’m also good with children and I could help with babysitting. In general, I’m willing to help with many different tasks such as household work, gardening or petsitting. In addition to that I would also be openminded to learn new skills.

I speak fluent German and English and a little Spanish, and I’m looking forward to meaningful connections and new experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I speak fluent German and English and also a little Spanish. I’d also be happy to help someone practice or learn German.

I really enjoy spending time with children and have experience looking after my younger host sister, so I’m comfortable helping with childcare or babysitting. I also love animals and regularly take care of my dog, which makes me very comfortable with pets.

I enjoy cooking and helping in the kitchen, and I’m always happy to help with everyday tasks around the house. Growing up, I also learned many practical things at home with my parents, such as assembling furniture or helping with small renovation projects.
