Hi! I’m a 27-year-old master’s student currently living in Torino, Italy. I’m originally from Tehran, Iran, and I study at Politecnico di Torino. I speak Persian and English fluently.

I would describe myself as friendly, curious, and physically active. I really enjoy meeting new people, learning new skills, and experiencing different ways of life. That’s the main reason I joined Workaway—I’m looking for new adventures, personal growth, and cultural exchange.

While I don’t have official volunteering experience yet, I’m a quick learner, open-minded, and not afraid to try new things. I’m especially interested in building projects, carpentry, and anything creative or hands-on. I love art, design, traveling, movies, music, and sports.

I’m open to both countryside and city experiences, but I think a mix of both would be ideal. I enjoy both working alone or in small groups, and I’m adaptable to different environments—though I’d prefer something not too busy and not too quiet either. I don’t smoke, and I only drink occasionally. I’d like to avoid childcare or house cleaning tasks, but I’m happy to help with cooking or practical projects.

For now, I’m planning to stay about one month with my future host, but I’m always open to seeing how things go.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am currently studying for my master’s degree in Digital Skills for Sustainable Societal Transitions at Politecnico di Torino in Italy. This means I have a background in digital technologies, management, and how digital tools can be used to improve communities and organizations. In addition to my academic background, I have a basic ability to edit videos at an amateur level, and I enjoy learning new digital tools and creative projects.

While I don’t have professional experience in physical work, I am very motivated to learn and improve. I am especially interested in hands-on tasks such as building projects, carpentry, or anything where I can work with my hands and creativity. I also enjoy cooking simple meals and I am always open to learning new skills in the kitchen. I am a quick learner, physically active, and ready to help with dedication and a positive attitude.
