Hi!
My name is Armance, I’m a French 19 yo girl.
When I was 18 I took a gap year after highschool, and met many people around the world thanks to workaway : I’ve worked at a school in Thailand where I taught kids English, art classes, and overall was an helping hand wherever the teachers needed me, it was absolutely amazing !
I also worked with Madi in his art garden in Ulu Dong, Malaysian jungle, it was mainly paintings, some repairing and video productions, and we did a lot of art, talking about our lifestyle and cultures. That’s why I love workaway so much, we meet new people, share amazing moments of life, discover new cultures, cooking, mindset, I just love it.

Back in France I started Sociology studies which I love, and I aspire to work in international relations & political science !
Even if I don’t have a whole year to dedicate to travels and discoveries, I don’t want to give up on that way of travels, and that’s why I want to work, away with you guys maybe!

I love to cook, to chat with everyone, to surf, to dance, to sing, to read, to enjoy nature…
I’m able to cook well, to clean, to teach English or French, to spend quality time with kids or guest and find great activities for them, I may not know how to do anything but I’ll sure try every time !

I have a great English level, some good basics in Spanish and I want to learn Arabic, a little Italian, and I’m open to learn any langages as I believe it’s a great opening to the world :)

Hi!
My name is Hakim, I’m a 20-year-old French student in Fashion Business.
 Even if I haven’t done any Workaway or volunteering experience yet, I’ve already had the chance to travel in different countries like Switzerland, Italy, England, Algeria and Belgium, and it really gave me the desire to discover more of the world and different cultures.

I’m currently studying fashion business and I would love to work in the fashion industry later on, but before that, I really want to develop my personal experiences, meet people from different backgrounds and learn more about cultures, ways of living and mindsets. That’s why Workaway feels like such a great opportunity to me: to travel in a more human and meaningful way, share daily life with hosts and create real connections.

I love music, animals, nature, fashion and photography. I’m a very curious person, sociable, adaptable and creative, and I also communicate very easily and I’m a good listener, which helps me connect with people and understand their needs. I truly enjoy discovering new environments and learning new things.

I can help with social media management, photography and video content, cooking, cleaning, and I’m also comfortable taking care of children as I’ve done it before. Even if I don’t know how to do everything, I’m always ready to try and learn.
I speak French fluently, I have a very good level of English, some basics in Spanish, and I’d love to learn more languages such as Italian or improve my Spanish. I believe learning languages is one of the best ways to connect with people and cultures.

I’d be really happy to share moments of daily life with you, help with your project and discover your culture. Hope to meet you soon! 😊

Helllooo, obviously you can call me Clem.
As Armance said, several of us have used this account.
So.. for the presentation I'm a politics and sociology student from France. I'm twenty and I want to discover things, I want to, and I think I'll go even further, I need to get out of my comfort zone.
I think life is an experience and because I don't want to just endure my life ; I believe in enriching myself through lifestyles I'm unfamiliar with, meeting new people and therefore hearing different opinions. That's why I choose WorkAway, in the interest of meaning in life, sharing, exchange and openness I would love to spend time with people who have this attraction to difference, exchange and experiences.

If you want to know want I can do, I would say anything ; I'm not scared to try but I love to take care of people, of animals. I love to cook, to take care of the garden, to clean, to learn, to dance, to sing, to do bike, to create.

I speak French and English ; but obviously I'm really excited to learn new language.

I hope my presentation conveys the feeling I'm trying to express ; that is, joy and enthusiasm.
