Hi! I'm Federica, an Italian singer, songwriter and vocal coach based in Milan.

For the past 15 years I've been working as a vocal coach, helping people discover their true voice through individual lessons, workshops and group experiences. Music is my profession, but above all it's the way I connect with people.

Over the years I've had the opportunity to travel, live abroad and step outside my comfort zone in many different ways. Those experiences have shaped who I am today and taught me how enriching it is to meet people with different backgrounds and perspectives. That's one of the reasons why I joined Workaway: not just to travel, but to experience everyday life in new places, connect with people and keep learning through cultural exchange.

I'm a calm, respectful and open-minded person. I enjoy meaningful conversations, but I'm equally happy spending time in nature, reading a book, cooking together or simply sharing everyday life. I love animals (I have a little dog called Joy), music, hiking, personal growth and learning new skills.

As a guest, I like to be reliable, proactive and involved in whatever I'm doing. Besides helping with everyday tasks such as cooking, housekeeping or pet sitting, I can also contribute with the skills I've developed through my work. I have experience leading groups, organizing workshops and events, creating a welcoming atmosphere where people feel comfortable and connected.
I also enjoy creating content for social media and supporting creative projects whenever these skills are useful.

I'm always happy to learn new things and don't mind helping with other daily activities, even if they're outside my usual experience.

For me, Workaway is about genuine human connection. I believe the best journeys are the ones where everyone learns something from each other. I hope to leave every place having contributed with kindness, enthusiasm and positive energy—and to return home carrying new friendships, new perspectives and unforgettable memories.

I can sing ;-)

As a Vocal Coach I work with individuals as well as with groups of people. I can listen with empathy and help people to recognize their talent and use their full potential.
I' m also an actress (not professional): I've been studying theatrical acting for 3 years.

I also have experience in sales and in the food service industry. My parents held a pizzerias chain in Liguria: I grew up helping in the family business, working with variuos tasks since I was 15 years old. I then stopped when I moved to Milan to the university.

I love nature and animals.
I'm passionate about psychology and personal development.
