Hi! My name is Ariel, an Aussie from a beautiful beach town called Noosa on the east coast of Australia. Growing up surrounded by the ocean and nature, I love being outdoors and have a passion for protecting it. I have just graduated with a Bachelor's degree of Environmental Management (minoring in International Security) so am very passionate about working in sustainability and humanitarian projects with an International Relations lens. Before pursing this passion as a career, I am travelling the world to gain invaluable life experience across a range of cultures and countries. After living in France for 3 months when I was 16, my passion for leaning new languages and exploring different cultures kicked off. I think that before I can make positive change in this world as a global citizen, I need to experience everything it has to offer.

I have a very bubbly, positive and outgoing personality, so I easily fit into a range of environments. I live an active lifestyle and absolutely love learning new things. In my spare time, you'll find me running, hiking, exploring, playing guitar & singing, swimming, surfing, snorkelling, gardening, cooking, reading, bouldering and motorbike riding. I am a very down-to-earth person who loves making deep connections with new people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have lots of experience in hotels and hospitality, so have very good soft/people skills. Some practical skills include:
- hotel check in/check outs
- account management
- social media management
- barista

My Bachelors Degree in Environmental Management (minoring in International Security) has given me a range of skills and experience. This includes:
- Extensive knowledge of current environmental affairs and values founded in academic research and personal experience; complimented by a deep understanding of the social, economic, ecological, political and legislative factors at play across spatial and temporal realms
- Holistic problem management driven by the principles of integrated environmental management that: balances economic, social and ecological realms; appraises situations critically and creatively; and creates adaptive and innovative solutions that prevent path-dependent futures
- Ability to investigate, synthesise, prioritise, conclude and communicate complex information in an informative, relevant, and engaging manner to a range of stakeholders in a multitude of tailored platforms

Despite all this, I think my biggest asset is my bubbly and outgoing personality. I love trying new things and am never afraid to get my hands dirty.
