Hi!

I’m a reliable, open-minded and spontaneous person who loves discovering new places, meeting new people and experiencing different ways of life.

I really enjoy spending time in nature and I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. I also love cooking and I’m vegan myself. In general, I’m always curious to learn something new and I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I’m a quick learner, enjoy helping out wherever I can and especially like working with nature, animals and practical projects.

I want to do Workaway because I’d like to experience a country beyond the typical tourist perspective. I’m curious to meet locals, get involved in everyday life and learn more about the culture and the people around me. I’m also interested in sustainable living and would love to gain some hands on experience while improving my language skills along the way.

I’ve already had some experience living and travelling abroad. I worked in a hotel in Lanzarote, spent an Erasmus semester in Málaga and also spent three months backpacking through Europe. Travelling this way made me even more curious about different cultures and ways of life, and I really enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds along the way.

I’m happy to help with whatever is needed and I’m always open to learning new things. For me, the perfect Workaway experience would be a mix of helping out, learning, sharing everyday life with others and having the chance to explore a new place from a more local perspective.

I’m looking forward to meeting new people, learning from each other and hopefully having lots of good experiences along the way!

Yes! I’m especially interested in improving my Spanish and becoming more confident in everyday conversations. I really enjoy learning languages through real-life interactions and getting to know the culture behind them. I’d also be happy to help others practice German or English. I think sharing languages is a great way to connect with people and learn from each other.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I previously worked at a hotel in Lanzarote, mainly at the reception, so I’m comfortable communicating with different people, taking responsibility and helping with a variety of tasks.

I also enjoy practical work and don’t mind getting my hands dirty or doing physically demanding tasks. At home, I help out in our garden and really enjoy spending time outdoors. I have a cat and, during my studies, I regularly took dogs from an animal shelter for walks, so I’m very comfortable around animals and would be happy to help with them.

I love cooking and I’m always interested in learning traditional vegan dishes from different countries and cultures.

I’m generally a quick learner and enjoy trying out new things, so I’m happy to learn skills I don’t have yet and help wherever I’m needed.
