Description

I am travelling from my home in California for the summer. I have a passion for exploring new places and appreciating different cultures. What motivates me are environmental causes and eco projects. Last year I worked on a farm in Japan through WWOOF and now I would like to try Workaway. I feel happiest when im contributing to a project that aligns with my values and inspires hope for the future of our planet. I am more of an introverted, chill person and I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and sharing ideas and culture.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have work exchange experience from last year 2025 when I worked with a family in Japan on their farm. I was pruning peach trees, packaging the sweetest oranges i have ever tasted, and using a wood chipper to clean up debris at their orange field. I have a Bachelors degree of science in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Prior to that I was in the U.S. Navy for 5 years as an aviation electrician. I have also completed an internship as a team leader for an environmental stewardship program called Kupu Hawaii Youth Conservation Corps.

I am open to learning other people's hobbies and favorite games. I have always lived an active lifestyle so my hobbies include lifting weights, running, yoga, snorkeling, and have been surfing for about 4 years now.
