Hi! my name is Amelie, I'm 18 years old and I live in Valencia, Spain. I'm planning my gap year as I just finished school. I love listening to music, exploring new places and meeting people. I have two younger sisters, two dogs and four cats.
Because I come from a plurilingual family, I am fluent in German, English and Spanish.
People would describe me as easy going and fun to be around but I am also balanced and responsible. I am very flexible and open-minded and would love to visit different countries and cultures.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I know my way around the kitchen and have got the basics of cooking, but I love trying out new recipes.
Cats and dogs are my absolute favorites and I am very good with them. Whenever I see a cute dog or cat I can't resist giving them a cuddle.
I worked at a roof construction site for two summer holidays and loved the hands-on experience. I'm not afraid of hard work, and it was pretty cool to see how things are built from the ground up. Plus, it was a great way to stay active and learn some practical skills.
My social skills are pretty good and I enjoy hanging out with friends, meeting new people, and making connections. Being an outgoing person has opened up so many fun opportunities and awesome friendships.
I'm excited about life's adventures and hope that, in my gap year full of love for learning, animals, hard work, and connecting with others, I'll make a lot of wonderful experiences with wonderful people.
